Christine is an award winning wildlife photographer with more than 20 years experience capturing pictures of animals. She is noted for her creativity in the field; not only in composition and lighting, but also in her use of equipment, blinds, and knowledge of animal behavior.
Chris photographs what speaks to her. Driven by passion and love of the natural world and the adventure of exploration and discovery, she photographs the wonders of the smallest of animals, the expanses of the grandest landscapes and the alluring of fleeting wildlife. Chris is a staunch advocate of the protection of our environment.
Chris has traveled extensively to photograph, wildlife, the environment, and animals in their natural habitat. She has spent a considerable amount of time in Alaska to photograph wildlife along with most of the US National Parks. Chris has also photographed "captive bred" animals to document their life struggle and story. Chris has spent many months photographing animals in several African National Parks along with South America. She spent 12 months on the island of Bonaire shooting underwater photography and video. She also shot underwater photography in all seven of the worlds Oceans.
Chris specializes in offering high quality photographs of your pets in the environment where they live, play or work by focusing on photographing pets (alone or with their humans) in natural light location settings. To create a soft natural look she uses available ambient light and the surrounding backdrop provided by Mother Nature. Chris takes natural portraits showing your pet’s true personality...not posed studio shots.
"I am committed to creating the finest images possible that capture your pet’s unique personality and the special relationship you share" I am excited to work with any type of animal that is special to you, be it big or small, furry, scaly or feathered.
